Mississauga, Ontario
Project Details
A complete property transformation showcasing the perfect blend of sophisticated design and functional landscaping. This extensive project features a combination of landscaping materials, including exposed aggregate concrete for the driveway and front entrance and various types of interlocking pavers for the backyard patio and pool deck.
The transformation on the front side of the property includes an expansive 2000 square foot exposed aggregate concrete installation that provides a textured, elegant surface across the driveway and walkways. Striking black stamped borders, meticulously installed at a premium finish, add sophisticated definition to the landscape. To provide some contrast that also complements the exposed aggregate concrete, jet black pavers was used for the front entrance. Exposed aggregate concrete was also installed on the side path from the front entrance to the back of the property.
The backyard emerged as the project’s focal point, designed to create a modern and tranquil outdoor living space. This extensive project features approximately 1,500 square feet of Blu Grande 60mm interlocking pavers complemented by Techno-Bloc Valet 60mm surfaces, creating a stunning and durable outdoor environment. To tie in the backyard area with the front entrance, jet black natural stone was also used for the patio as well as for the steps going into the walkout basement.
Completing the transformation, approximately 2,500 square feet of carefully graded and sodded landscape ensures a lush, green surround that seamlessly integrates the hardscape elements. This comprehensive approach demonstrates how thoughtful design can completely reimagine an outdoor space, combining aesthetic appeal with practical functionality to create a stunning residential landscape.
