Our Process for Interlocking and Concrete Projects
PHASE 1:
Project Scope and Landscape Design
- Call or e-mail us and we’ll schedule a time to see your property and provide a no obligation estimate
- Our estimator will come to your property to talk about your interlock stone or concrete landscape project. We don’t mind taking extra time to educate you. We talk about the advantages of different landscaping materials, square footage, and design ideas for concrete or stone paving etc. Our goal is to provide you with as many options as possible
- We leave you with lots of material to review and give you space to make your decision
- Once you’ve agreed to move forward, we draw a detailed sketch of your project. We put everything on paper to make sure we’re on the same page and your vision is aligned
PHASE 2:
Job Completed by Specialized Landscaping Crew
- First we prepare your job. Your specialized excavation crew will dig the job and lay compacted gravel
- The next crew will either lay the interlocking stone or form the concrete
- Concrete is usually poured a few days later (although sometimes the subgrade needs more time to settle)
- Finally, stress lines are cut and the job is cleaned up to showcase your yard’s new look
PHASE 3:
Warranty and Ongoing Relationship
- Markstone offers a warranty of 24 months for all workmanship and a lifetime warranty on materials
- Once you’re our client, you’re our client for life. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been, you’re always important to us and we appreciate your business
